Kangen water

My daughter recently purchased a Kangen water machine and she gave us a demonstration of what it does for you. I drink 32 oz plus a day now (1-2 ASEA bottles), usually 3 cups of tea in the morning and as plain water the rest of the day.
I'll get her to write the rest of this....

Kangen Water has three main properties:
1) Micro-cluster:
Tap and bottled waters' larger 12+ molecule clusters are not easily absorbed by your body. Kangen Water's smaller clusters of 5-6 water molecules easily penetrate the cells, allowing maximum hydration at a cellular level.

2) Alkaline:
This is the state we are born in. The opposite state, which is acidic, is how we pass away.

3) Anti-oxidant:
Reverses the oxidation of the body, rejuvenating the cells. This property of Kangen Water has made Enagic's ionizers certified as medical equipment by the Japanese Health Ministry.

Apart from the health benefits of drinking Kangen Water, there are other health benefits you may enjoy by applying Kangen Water in different ways. For example, the strong alkaline water that the machine produces can emulsify oil. We all know that oil and water do not mix, but with Kangen Water's strong alkaline 11.5 pH water, oil and water MIX! Apply this water to your produce and off comes all the nasty pesticides, herbicides and chemicals that are used to treat our food nowadays. Those compounds are oil based, which is why when treated with 11.5 pH, strong alkaline water, they are washed right off. When you compare those results to simply washing your produce with regular tap water the difference is night and day... or clean and NOT clean! And its evident in the taste as well. Once you are able to truly taste your produce unobstructed by chemical interferences you will insist on cleaning your fruits and vegetables this way forever on. This is but one of the many applications of Kangen Water.

Picture of cleaned cherry tomatoes from the Farmers' Market, the yellow stuff in the bowl is 11.5pH water after those cherry tomatoes swam around in it for about 5-8 minutes... pretty nasty, right?!

To learn more about Kangen Water, please visit the company website at http://www.enagic.com/. This company recently celebrated their 37th birthday. Yes, Kangen water has been around for a very long time now. One out of every four homes in Japan has an Enagic ionizer, they are as common place as microwaves. But you should be warned that their are many impostors on the market these days. Other companies claim to have the same quality as Enagic (at half the cost) but under close examination their machines fall very short in their ability to produce high quality ionized water and possess those three properties previously mentioned. Enagic is number one in the water ionizer business.

So as I was saying:
While we were in the mainland (in the snow) I caught the flu...nasty! It set back my workout as it moved into my lungs, got it all out and back on track. Gained back a few pounds but expect it to be gone in the next few weeks of riding, ASEA has increased my endurance so instead of quitting after being ill I can resume where I left off. Good stuff.

Don't overfill your blue ASEA spray bottle.

Just a reminder that your blue ASEA spray bottle that comes with a case order shouldn't be filled to the top as from my experience it can last longer than the 30 day expiration time. A friend of mine had his filled since last year and used it this month while waiting for a new case to come in. He went bike riding and didn't have his usual energy/endurance, also when he came back home he was hit with some riding pains that he hasn't felt in month's. Moral of the story...at the end of the month drink what's left in your spray bottle and clean/refill it.

How to take ASEA, 2011

A few suggestions: Take on an "empty" stomach first thing in the morning before breakfast/brushing your teeth...and wait 20 minutes, then do your morning routine.
Empty means nothing else consumed with your ASEA, no pills, other liquids ect.

I found spraying my eyes 3 times a day keeps them refreshed.

If I have a very busy schedule I'll take ASEA before lunch, or 3 times a day.

"Results vary for everyone, anywhere from 3 days to 3 months"

Also you may not feel it but your body might have changed, I didn't realize it until I had to do a job going up and down hills carrying 50 lbs + of supplies and equipment..When the job was done (2.5 hours) it hit me that I wasn't out of breath like usual.

Seeing some results

Finally seeing some weight loss as well as some stomach muscle definition returning.
For awhile I was wondering if I could get any back! So this gets me closer to my goal of trimming off 15 pounds, 5 gone and 10 more to go, ideally I'd like to leave behind 20, we'll see. Added on the chin ups and boy are they hard, a whole 5 clean ones.
No more snacking has been a big help, but I miss the pretzel's....oh well.
I'm finding like many others that if you take ASEA twice a day the evening one gets lost...so I take my second one whenever I have the window of opportunity, 2 hours after lunch, or 20 minutes before dinner, or 11 at night before bed. If I take it right before bed then I try not to read a book ect. seems like my mind and the ASEA says "Okay, we're gonna read this book" not just a few pages to fall asleep with but the whole book! So if you take it before bed and have trouble sleeping then tell yourself that "Now it's time for bed" or whatever phrase you want to use and relax, close your eyes, put on a calming cd........

Stay tuned, Mark

Happy New Year, whoosh...

Whoosh, that year went by so fast! I'm glad to be taking Asea going into 2011 as it's helping me to achieve my goal of getting back into shape. New Year's Eve was nice and quiet, spent the night home with the animals as the fireworks were going off around the neighborhood, they got to come inside.
Got the new calender with weekly and monthly pages so I can keep track of my progress...sometimes it's good to look back. Put on a new tire and ready to go.
Now's a good a time as any to start so next year you can enter into it with Asea.
Mahalo, Mark
